The Pelican. Bas-relief made of molded alabaster (alabaster powder with binders). Oil polychromy and tempera with “estofados” gilding, silver touches. Aging patinas.

Polychrome reliefs inspired by original paintings from museums. Handmade in Spain. Ideal for interior decoration (living rooms, lobbies, libraries, and offices). Not suitable for outdoor use.
The Pelican. The relief is inspired by a design created by the 19th-century Pre-Raphaelite artist Edward Burne-Jones for a stained-glass window in Saint-Martin’s church in Brampton. The scene shows a pelican feeding its chicks atop a stylized tree.
