A tablet written in the Sumerian language, the oldest known medical prescription book. It contains formulas for medicines and their ingredients, most of which are of plant origin, but also animal and mineral substances. There is no indication of the diseases for which the various prescriptions were used, nor of the dosage and medicinal properties of the substances and formulas in the recipe book. Nor does the tablet contain any spells, prayers or exorcism formulas, which are common in other medical texts and based on the beliefs of this period in the divine or demonic origin of illnesses.

Impresionante nivel de detalle. La empresa de transportes tardó un poco en entregarlo, pero la espera valió la pena.
