Reproduction of a high quality sculpture made of reconstituted marble (marble powder with resin). It is finished with a lightly aged natural earth, which gives the statue a unique beauty and texture very similar to an antique piece.

Torso of Aphrodite. Ampurias. 2nd century BC.

This piece comes from the ancient city of Emporion, founded by Phocian settlers (Greeks from what is now the Turkish coast) in the north of Catalonia in around 6th century BC. It is a Hellenistic copy of an original from the Attic school of Praxiteles from the 4th century BC.
