Description

  • Reproduction on digitally printed canvas. High quality.
  • The materials used in the production of the canvases are of high quality. The texture and the thread highlight the beauty of the final result. Its grammage exceeds 340g. The pigments and inks used are HP UV so they are specially prepared for light resistance in interiors for many years. All the work is finished with manual ageing patinas that give an unbeatable result.

Modalities:

  •  Canvas only: The canvas is delivered rolled up without stretcher frame.

  • Canvas with frame: Canvas mounted on a wooden frame (35 mm), with coloured edges, to match the work of art. With this system, none of the image is lost, as it appears in its entirety on the front side. The frame is made to measure for the chosen work.

The product is a reproduction of a canvas by David Roberts (1796 – 1864), a Scottish painter. He is especially known for a series of detailed lithograph prints of Egypt and the Near East that he has made from sketches he made during long tours into this region. These, and his large oil paintings of similar subjects, made him to a prominent Orientalist painter.
