Set of decorative column and reproduction of a Roman Vestal virgin sculpture, made of reconstituted marble (marble powder agglutinated with chronolite). Aging patinas with natural earth.

The reproduced sculpture is a detail of the sculpture “Veiled vestal Madonna” Raffaelo Monti (1818-1881).

The bust of “The Veiled Madonna” was created by Raffaelo Monti in 1845 and can be found in the castle of Racconigi. It is a detail of the famous sculpture of the same author “Veiled Vestal Virgin” in the castle of Chatsworth, of which you can see a picture in the attached photo.
