Description
Iron table clock. Iron dial.
Faithful reproduction of a 15th century clock with guaranteed working order.
Clock of excellent quality made following models of the first mechanical clocks of the 15th century.
The operation is identical to that of Gothic clocks. They are made by expert watchmakers. These clocks have the same mechanical systems, and are made with the same materials and using the same techniques that were used at the time. Wedges or keys have been used to fix the frame, and there are no screws. Their appearance has been achieved by a complex process of ageing the pieces, both in the iron and wooden models.
