Frederic Leighton (1830-1896), a British painter, reveals a laborious style which gives his works the coldness of marble. He professed a static cult of the art of Greco-Roman classicism, undressing beautiful models and then covering them with tunics and peplums.
The modern sculptural art created by Enrique Orejudo updates a work of refined taste and mastery.
