Reproduction of a Roman statuette of the god Mars. The original piece was found in the Cortijo de Castillejo, Ecija (Seville), and is on display in the Archaeological Museum of Seville.
The god Mars is shown here naked, wearing a helmet and a clamid over his left shoulder, with the handle of a short sword sticking out from under the clamid. He is wearing sandals and in his left hand he may have been holding a spear.
