The Diana of Versailles is a marble statue of the Greek goddess Artemis, with a deer, which is located in the Louvre Museum, Paris. The statue, which has a size slightly more natural, it is a Roman copy (belonging to I or II century) of a Greek original bronze that was lost and is attributed to Leochares, near the year 325 to. C.
The work is also known as Diana à la Biche, Diane Chasseresse (Diana Huntress) and Artemis‘s hunt.
