Second half of the 2nd century AD.
The goddess Sirona was a goddess associated with healing springs and thermal waters. She was sometimes depicted together with Apollo. Her attribute was usually a snake coiled around her arm, which was a symbol of rebirth. In this figure, we can see her with the snake and a Patera in her hand, with three eggs. The snake is eating one of these eggs.
Original in the Landesmuseum Trier (Germany).
