This type of porcelain is difundion much in the 18th and 19th centuries. Soft paste porcelain cooking happens to occur at lower temperatures than hard paste porcelain. The body of the whitefish is more porous than the hard porcelain, therefore its degree of Vitrification in cooking is less.
