Apollo is one of the main gods of the Greek Pantheon. He is the God of Arts and medicine. As the Sun represents light and truth, symbol of unity. In Greece he had several temples consecrated. The temple where the famous Oracle in Delphi was located especially stands out.

The arrows and the bow are a symbol of penetration, of opening. The hole it produces is a light. It also symbolizes thought, which introduces light. In ascending sense it is related to the symbols of verticality; it means the righteousness that, defying heaviness, is freed from terrestrial conditions.
