In some cases the volume of the pieces requires an additional supplement in the cost of the transport according to destination (for example, a sculpture that due to its volume it is not possible to go up by elevator). In such a case, you will be notified so that you can agree to the total costs, specifying the total amount of the transport.

Due to the complexity of weights and measures of our products, shipping costs are calculated from the amount of the shopping basket, i.e. the amount in euros of the set of products chosen (VAT included) with a minimum cost of 15€.
The calculation formula is: Shipping costs = (Price of the shopping basket x 0.15) + 15€ (base price)

ERRORS IN SHIPPING DATA AND/OR CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER. REITERATED ABSENCE AT THE DESTINATION OR IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY: If the data provided by the customer are incorrect in the address and / or contact telephone, and this would cause a refund by the transport agency as a result of not being able to deliver the order, or in cases where as a result of repeated absences at the destination could not proceed with the delivery, the costs corresponding to a new shipment will be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY MODALITIES, HANDLING AND SHIPPING TIME.
-The time of manipulation and shipment is stipulated in each article. In general, once the payment is formalized, it is usually 10 days for printed Canvas; 12 working days for small figures and reliefs and 25 days for large figures and reliefs.
Depending on the type of delivery, the transit time to destination will be as follows:
– Shipments SPAIN: from 2 to 5
– Shipments Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Holland, Luxembourg, Portugal, United Kingdom: from 7 to 10 days.
– Shipments Rest of countries: transits subject to specific destination and customs conditions of each country (between 15 and 30 days).
