For a long time I have been in the habit of periodically looking for a day to take a trip to a museum or a park.
I love parks with lost places and hidden sculptures, or small stone monuments that surprise you among the trees.
These getaways free me from the pressure of everyday life, which sometimes makes you lose a healthy perspective when faced with decisions. These outings have become a real necessity when problems arise.
Walking alone in a museum, stopping time and looking at the beauty of the details, getting lost aimlessly among works of art, has the power to elevate the imagination and calm the mind… and as a result to be able to reconnect later with the everyday with more creativity and a more global vision of things, with more perspective.
Certainly art activates the imagination, that creative potential that gives plasticity to the mind.
I think imagination is the greatest investment we can treasure to face crises, our capacity to recreate new forms that channel human needs, material and spiritual….
…and art awakens and empowers the imagination.
